Harvey Precision Instruments
was established in March 2002 as an ophthalmic surgical instrument service and repair company. Our mission has always been to have excellent service and quality with a turn around time of 24-48 hours.

We are proud to announce as of 2005 we will now offer our customers our own line of ophthalmic surgical instruments. Our website contains our current line of instruments. We will be adding more instruments to the line as Harvey Precision Instruments grows.

Our mission it to provide our customers the finest quality instruments at a very competitive price. We welcome you to evaluate any of our products with the confidence, knowing that all of our instruments have an unconditional guarantee.

We are always interested in your comments and new product ideas. Should you need an instrument that is not on our website please feel free to contact us.

Return Policy:
We strive to do our best, however if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we will gladly fix it.

All products returned to Harvey Precision Instruments must be carefully packaged, insured, and shipped prepaid back to us.

Each shipment must contain a document showing full name and address of sender, list of items returned and reason for their return.

The following items are not acceptable for credit:

• Custom made instruments
• Discontinued models
• Custom etched instruments
• Abused instruments

Damage in Transit or Shortages:
Visible damage to a package must be noted on the carrier’s delivery document. Please inspect all items received upon arrival and report any damage or error in shipment within 72 hours.

Shipment:
Orders are usually processed the same day. Shipments are made F.O.B. Rotonda West, FL via insured UPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer. In the event an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Payment:
Net 30 days upon approval of credit.
