All Harvey Precision Instruments are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Any instrument found to have a manufacturing defect would be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Return Policy:
We strive to do our best, however if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we will gladly fix it.

All products returned to Harvey Precision Instruments must be carefully packaged, insured, and shipped prepaid back to us.

Each shipment must contain a document showing full name and address of sender, list of items returned and reason for their return.

The following items are not acceptable for credit:

Custom made instruments
Discontinued models
Custom etched instruments
Abused instruments

Damage in Transit or Shortages:
Visible damage to a package must be noted on the carrier’s delivery document. Please inspect all items received upon arrival and report any damage or error in shipment within 72 hours.

Shipment:
Orders are usually processed the same day. Shipments are made F.O.B. Rotonda West, FL via insured UPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer. In the event an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Payment:
Net 30 days upon approval of credit.
